South East Ayr is a masterplan for a significant three phase property development, including 2,700 new homes to the south east of Ayr in Scotland. We were briefed to create a cohesive brand identity that could be integrated across online and offline channels.

The identity includes a simple graphic icon that draws on the geographical location of the development, combining the three words South East Ayr to create an arrow pointing south-eastwards.
